�        2 bedrooms on the main floor, one with a double bed, the other with a bunk (double on the bottom, single on the top)

�        1 private sleeping loft with 2 single mattresses

�        1 bathroom with shower, sink and toilet

�        outdoor shower for washing away beach sand

�        kitchen with stove, fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster oven, bodum coffee maker, dishes, cutlery and pots and pans

�        CD player, small book collection, games and puzzles

�        Free WIFI available

�        2 large decks and barbeque

�        there is no washer, dryer or TV

�        Linen and bedding are not included

�        telephone for local calls or calling card access for long distance

�        the property is smoke-free and tent-free

�        indoor and outdoor fires are not permitted May � October due to extreme fire hazard in the region

�        accommodation for up to 6 people
